Your Menopause Nurse is committed to ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all our clients. We also want to help ensure that you have the most up to date information to help you decide on potential treatment options at this time. Shout is a free, confidential and 24/7 text messaging service for anyone in the UK who needs support.
If you are struggling to cope and need to talk, trained Shout Volunteers are there for you. To start a conversation, TEXT the word ‘Shout’ to 85258
